What Is the FMProC Exam?

The FMProC (Family Medicine Professional Choices), also written FM-ProC or FMPROC, is a 75-minute online situational judgement test (SJT) that family medicine residency programs in Canada require through CaRMS. You rate and rank realistic clinical and workplace scenarios across four attributes: professional integrity, teamwork and collaboration, adaptability, and empathy and compassion. No negative marking. Built for IMGs and CMGs.
